Overview

By accessing or using Navoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Service

Navoice provides a voice navigation SDK, platform, and related cloud services for web and mobile applications.

Billing

Subscriptions may be billed monthly or yearly and may include a free trial period. After the trial ends, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle. Access to the service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy

Customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.

If you would like to request a refund, please contact support@navoice.io.

After the 14-day period, refunds may no longer be available.

Service Availability

Navoice services are available globally, subject to applicable laws and technical availability. We reserve the right to limit availability in certain regions if required.

Limitation of Liability

Navoice is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
